Each and every product you see in my shop is 100% vegan and personally vetted by my decade of experience in hairstyling, and working with vegan companies & products. You will not find the entirety of each line – this is truly my hand-picked collection of absolute favourites that I personally vouch for and can tell you exactly what they do and why my clients love them.
If there is a product made by any of these brands you don’t see in my shop, I am happy to place a special order for you! Each of us is unique and while I keep my personal faves in stock, I’m by no means saying a brand’s other products won’t be a fave for you.

Kenra Color is PETA certified, has low scent, and is ammonia free. They are very gentle on the scalp and add incredible shine and richness to your hair. My guests with sensitive scalps have had extreme success using Kenra and I don’t feel like I am sacrificing quality in exchange for a better product.

My take
I LOVE R+CO! I cannot overstate how excited I am to finally get my hands on this stuff. Their shampoos and conditioners are luxurious, their styling line is unmatched, and their scents are sensory bliss. 10/10. It is new to the salon, and new to many of you wonderful clients, but if you have ever asked me about dry shampoo I have sent you to other salons to get theirs. I have also flip-flopped around with random other brands, trying to find something that I loved as much, but nothing compares. So finally, after years of pining - yearning - longing - I am able to share and let you indulge.

My take
These treatments will save you. I swear by them. Chlorine buildup, product build-up, hard water, scalp troubles – these folks took all the biggest concerns, made treatment focused products - and they work freaking miracles.

My take
VERB Ghost is incredibly magical. The only shampoo/conditioner duo I have EVER come across that I will say is good for any hair type. ANY HAIR TYPE! It is light enough for you angel soft fine haired folks, but still somehow nourishing enough that medium - thick hairs that want a soft cleanse can still use these and feel conditioned. But not so conditioned that it’s too much for our fine-haired buddies. Like I said – magic.

Ponytail headaches are the worst. These don’t leave you with one. End of story.
P.S. - Also top rec for extensions. You need something secure that won’t pull. You are sleeping with a braid, right? Secure it with this. Pls.
P.S.S. - Elastics actually do cause damage and breakage to your hair so please for the love of all things healthy don’t use them.

Why Professional Products? Do they matter? Why are they more expensive?
Professional hair products make a huge difference in your hair. This is not me saying this as a business person, this is me saying this as someone who used Aussi for years (even after I was working in a salon - I liked the smell) and then made the switch. I am saying this as someone who touches other people’s hair every single day and sees and hears what you have to say. Drugstore quality is cheaper because of all the cheaper ingredients (read worse for your hair) and plain WATER in the bottle. You need so much more glooped into your palm to be effective, so while the price of a bottle is lower upfront you will be replacing it far quicker.
If that weren’t enough of a bummer, while you’re going through all that extra shampoo & plastic packaging, you’re also using harsh detergents that pull out your colour faster than necessary and dry out your hair. And if it isn’t, it's because it’s leaving a buildup on top so you think your hair feels smooth when it is actually just being coated with nasty ingredients. If you feel that your hair gets oily quickly and you don’t use quality products, I can promise that after a clarifying treatment and switch up of your routine you will notice an improvement.
These are just the facts. I know that upfront cost is a factor for a lot of folks, so I’ve selected products tried and tested for all price points.
Can’t I get it on Amazon or Marshalls?
As a solo-run business, it’s hard to compete with big brands that offer the same products for discounted rates. Most professional hair products have a label on them that says a variation of ‘only sold by licensed professionals’. To be able to sell professional products, Amazon opened a single salon in the UK and can now sell brands that are willing to sell to them, undercutting the small guys. Places like Winners and Marshalls buy out expired products and put them out for cheap. There is no way I can compete with that from a financial standpoint, but this is what I can promise you that they can not. If you see a product on Amazon, not on sale, for less than what I sell it for – I will meet the price. I sell products for what the companies that make them tell me to – so that Amazon sells them for less is truly targeted at small businesses.
